Advice : how to protect your eyes from the computer screen ?
You spend your days in front of the computer screen and at the end of the day your eyes are so tired? By taking some simple precautions you can avoid tiring out your eyes and vision problems.
BLINK YOUR EYES REGULARLY
If we blink our eyes, it is not because nature has made a mistake. Blinking lubricates the eye’s surface. But when your eyes are fixed on the screen, you are likely to blink less and this can lead to dryness of the eyes. Thus it is important to think of blinking regularly.
IMPROVING THE ERGONOMY OF YOUR SCREEN
Too small a font tires the eyes. Try to improve the ergonomy of your screen by enlarging the letters or by adopting a more adapted screen size. On your mobile terminal, try not to concentrate too much and only do so for consultations.
TAKE A BREAK EVEN IF IT IS ONLY FOR SHORT PERIODS
Your mind is on your dossier and you forget everything else………but your eyes have not forgotten and then you will see how your eyes will start stinging. A golden rule to be followed is to stop every two hours and give yourself a break. It does not mean you have to take a long time, even 5 minutes are enough, the main thing is to let your eyes rest a bit.
